Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GasGo website and mobile app. GasGo is operated by Orisun Systems and Technologies, a company registered in Nigeria with RC number 9464036 (“GasGo”, “we”, “us”). By using GasGo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GasGo. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Services

GasGo provides on-demand gas refill delivery and related shopping services. Availability depends on service areas and operational capacity.

Orders and pricing

• Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout and may change.
• Submitting an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method.
• We may reject or cancel orders for safety, compliance, or availability reasons.

Payments and wallet

• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
• Wallet balances are not bank accounts and do not earn interest.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet, where applicable.

Delivery and fulfillment

• Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or demand.
• You must provide a reachable phone number and accurate address.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional fees may apply.

Safety

You are responsible for safe use and handling of gas products after delivery. Follow all safety instructions provided by GasGo and manufacturers.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use GasGo for unlawful activities.

Third-party services

GasGo may integrate third-party services (payments, maps, messaging). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Referral rewards

• Referral rewards are credited to your rewards balance when the person you referred completes their first delivered order, not merely when they sign up.
• Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not withdrawable as cash.
• We may reverse rewards where a referral is fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or created on a device that has already redeemed a referral.

Credit and Buy Now Pay Later

• Any credit, loan, or Buy Now Pay Later facility is offered at our discretion, subject to eligibility, identity and address confirmation, and a valid saved card.
• The applicable interest rate, fees, repayment date, and any late-payment charges are disclosed to you before you confirm a credit order.
• You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your saved card for amounts due, including any late-payment charges.
• You may hold only one outstanding credit facility at a time. Late or failed repayment may suspend your access to credit and to further orders.
• Credit facilities are not currently available. These terms apply if and when they are offered.

Gas safety and cylinders

• LPG is flammable. You must follow the safety instructions supplied with your cylinder, regulator, and hose, and never use damaged equipment.
• We may refuse to deliver, or may stop a delivery, where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe to do so.
• We may refuse to refill a cylinder that is damaged, out of test, or has an unserviceable valve.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and forms part of these terms.

Disclaimers

GasGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GasGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for security or legal reasons.

Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@gasgo.app and we will try to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
