These Terms of Service govern your use of the GasGo website and mobile app. By using GasGo, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GasGo. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Services

GasGo provides on-demand gas refill delivery and related shopping services. Availability depends on service areas and operational capacity.

Orders and pricing

• Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout and may change.
• Submitting an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method.
• We may reject or cancel orders for safety, compliance, or availability reasons.

Payments and wallet

• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
• Wallet balances are not bank accounts and do not earn interest.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet, where applicable.

Delivery and fulfillment

• Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or demand.
• You must provide a reachable phone number and accurate address.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional fees may apply.

Safety

You are responsible for safe use and handling of gas products after delivery. Follow all safety instructions provided by GasGo and manufacturers.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use GasGo for unlawful activities.

Third-party services

GasGo may integrate third-party services (payments, maps, messaging). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers

GasGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GasGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for security or legal reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
