Request data deletion

You can request deletion of your GasGo account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@gasgo.app using your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your full name, phone number, and the email used to register.
  4. If possible, include your most recent order ID to help us locate your account.

Verification

For your protection, we may request additional verification (such as a one-time code) before deleting data.

What will be deleted

  • Profile details (name, phone number, and addresses).
  • Saved preferences and app usage data.
  • Device tokens used for notifications.

What may be retained

  • Transaction records required for legal, tax, or audit obligations.
  • Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

Retained data is minimized and stored only as required by law.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
